The Almr is a 65,000 SF, four-story apartment community in NW Portland with 57 market-rate homes, two levels of underground parking, retail and a public plaza on NW 21st. Built around a century-old Heritage Elm, the project pioneered a job trailer-over-tunnel access approach later adopted by PBOT, and achieved LEED Gold.
