In Partnership with R&H construction, we completed Home Forward’s Hope VI project, Stephens Creek Crossing, a $34 million LEED Gold affordable housing project. The project involved demolishing 66 units of housing and constructing 122 units, a 10,000 sq. ft. property management building and a 7000 sq. ft. Headstart Building. The project achieved a 44 percent participation rate of minority, women and emerging small businesses. Stephens Creek Crossing received the AIA Portland Mayor’s award for design excellence.
