Ikoi-So Terrace was a tenant-occupied project that consisted of renovating the interior and exterior, a two-story and 35-unit apartment complex. The focused population for this affordable housing option includes people ages 62 and older, in addition to those with disabilities who prefer a peaceful place to call home. The COLAS Team worked closely with both the owners and tenants to ensure a smooth process and salient upgrade for the residents.
