Glisan Commons phase I, built in partnership with R&H Construction is a five-story, LEED NC Gold, 73,000 sq. ft. mixed-use building in Portland’s emerging Gateway District.

The first phase of the project includes 67 units of affordable workforce housing for Human Solutions, a nonprofit that helps low-income and homeless individuals gain self-sufficiency by providing affordable housing, job readiness training, and economic development opportunities.

Phase I also includes approximately 16,000 sq. ft. of ground floor commercial space for Ride Connections Headquarters, a nonprofit organization that provides transportation options to people with mobility challenges.

There is a parking lot for approximately 85 vehicles, a surface parking lot for an additional 16 buses for Ride Connection, landscaped common areas, and other off-site improvements, including voluntary right-of-way green street improvements on NE 99th, NE Glisan, and NE 100th Avenue in Portland.
