Gilman Court is a six-story apartment building with 57,500 SF comprised of sixty 1-bedroom units for people who are ages 55 and older with intentional design to support residents to age-in-place. Sustainable amenities including healthy indoor air quality, community gardens, enhanced water conservation features, and achieved certification of LEED for Homes Midrise- Gold. Additional amenities of a large community room, a second-floor furnished deck with a rooftop garden, and landscaped and paved walkways to easily access public transportation. The ground floor contains a lobby, office, and utility space, and 44 covered parking spaces (including 2 ADA) that connect to the main parking area and courtyard. Gilman was part of a two-phase mixed-use development managed by the Housing Development Center with partnerships between Human Solutions, Ride Connection, and REACH Community Development.
