ENGIN Creative headquarters underwent a complete office renovation. Located in Portland’s Old Town district near Chinatown, this tenant improvement project included construction for over 7,500 SF of space for a full office remodel. Prior to construction, demolition of the existing space preceded the new build-out for the offices with modern new electrical fixtures and interior finishes.
