Aneshka Colas-Dickson

Aneshka Colas-Dickson has been a part of COLAS since June of 1998, working during her summer breaks from college as an office assistant to the accounting staff employed at the time. She received her degree from the Charles H. Lundquist College of Business at the University of Oregon with a degree in Accounting-Business Administration, in June of 2000. Aneshka joined the company full-time as an office manager where she performed diverse administrative tasks.

Aneshka was also responsible for implementing construction budgets, estimates, and maintaining account records. Currently, Aneshka is vice president and chief financial officer of COLAS where she oversees the financial operations of the company. She leads company organizational meetings and is able to report construction budgets to show company owners the financial status of each construction project.

Aneshka is a highly motivated individual who wants to make a positive impact for the community in which she resides. She desires to apply her accounting and business background to further develop COLAS' financial strength and capacity in the construction industry.

Aneshka is focused on fulfilling COLAS’ mission to inspire individuals and communities through exceptional construction, community involvement, hiring of a qualified and diverse workforce.  She maintains a family executive structure that reflects a positive and progressive company. Aneshka is a native Oregonian and is married. She and her husband, Aubré, have three young sons.
